General Conditions
We handle our shipments by Austrian Post as standard. In the Vienna area, deliveries can also be made by messenger.
Deliveries will not be made to P.O. boxes and packing stations.
Items not in stock at the time of shipment will not be forwarded unless by explicit customer request.
Shipment is at the risk of the recipient.
Prices / VAT
All prices are in EUR (€) including V.A.T, per sales unit, excluding shipment costs, from Vienna.
If a valid UID number is indicated for shipments within the EU, the invoice can be issued VAT-free (intra-community transaction). For shipment to countries outside the EU the invoice can be issued VAT-free.
Methods of Payment
Shipments within EU can be payed by prepayment or credit card (Visa, Master Card) and outside the EU can be paid by credit card only.
Payment by prepayment and credit card is free of charge.
Minimum Order Value and Discount
The minimum order value is € 15,00.
Depending on the quantity ordered we offer the following discount:
Minimum order value of € 70,-- 2% discount, minimum order value of € 200,-- 5 % discount, minimum order value of € 350,-- 8 % discount.
Machines, Machines-Accessories and special offers are not discountable.
Regular customer cards do not apply in mail-order trade.
Delivery Time
Delivery times indicated below are standard values that cannot be guaranteed. We assume no liability for delivery delays and consequential damage.
Shipping Costs Austria
Standard Shipment (delivery time 1 – 3 working days from shipment)
Depending on weight, the costs for standard shipment are:
€ 7,80 for packages up to 4 kg
€ 12,90 for packages up to 12 kg
€ 16,80 for packages up to 31,5 kg
EMS-Shipment (delivery time 24 hours from shipment) - only by arrangement!
In case of urgency we send by EMS (express mail service).
Depending on weight, the costs for EMS shipment are:
€ 11,80 for packages up to 4 kg
€ 18,00 for packages up to 12 kg
€ 31,80 for packages up to 31,5 kg
Extra-large Packages (bulky goods)
For items whose maximum length exceeds 96 cm or for packages whose total dimensions exceed 100 x 60 x 60 cm, an additional charge of between € 9.00 and € 16.20 will be charged, depending on the weight.
Maximum length 200 cm, maximum combined dimensions (length + circumference) 360 cm.

Overweight Packages
For shipments exceeding the maximum weight accepted by Austrian Post (31,5 kg) we will contact the customer.
Payment by Cash on Delivery
For cash on delivery there is an additional charge of € 5,50.
Shipping costs Germany, Croatia, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary (EU Zone 1)

For items exceeding a length of 96 cm and for packages exceeding a total of 100 x 60 x 60 cm, the surcharge for bulky goods is € 21,60. Maximum length 200 cm, maximum combined dimensions (length + circumference) 330 cm.

For items exceeding a length of 96 cm and for packages exceeding the combined dimensions (length + circumference) of 300 cm, the surcharge for bulky goods is € 14,50. Maximum length 150 cm, maximum combined dimensions 300 cm.
